Detailed on the attached pages are all you need to possibly know about shopping with us on line. We have tried to make the process as straight forward as possible. The name that will appear on your cardholder statement after a purchase will be "SUPERETTE".

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience and even more so your newly purchased items.

• Items must be returned within 5 days.
• Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Items must have all tags and packaging attached
• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Final Sale items may not be returned under any circumstance

If your package arrives at Superette within the 5-day timeline specified above, your refund, exchange or online credit note will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Superette. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working day before contacting e-shop.

E-shop –
In order to serve you efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our new policy, you will get the right size or colour faster if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card, paypal account or customer account.

E-store –
To create a quick and easy exchange, any product within the 5-day exchange period can be returned to any one of our Superette stores for a direct exchange of size or colour, of the same style. This does not include swapping for another item of same or different value. You must have your Superette invoice to provide as proof of purchase.

1. Email eshop@superette.co.nz with you intent to return using your order number as your reference.


2. Complete the returns form and securely repackage your items. 
   Note: When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.

4. Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Superette cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.


5. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please Note: Packages received at Superette after the 5-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

To Simplify Sizing from designer to designer we have detailed sizes in the chart below. However should we feel a garment is a larger or smaller fit that stated we will note this in the garments notes.
