Delivery

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent using Courier Post - so all deliveries can be tracked easily and at any time at  www.trackandtrace.courierpost.co.nz , using your supplied tracking number. 

All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 24 hours of placing the order. However if ordered on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed within 24 hours of the first working day.

If for any reason we are unable to meet this 24 hour dispatch turnaround we will contact you to advise. 

An emailed confirmation and delivery tracking number will be also sent to you within this time. This number you can use to track your package at any time at www.trackandtrace.courierpost.co.nz .

 

Delivery Timeframe

  • Approx 2 working days for North Island, NZ
  • Approx 3 working days in the South Island
  • 3 – 5 working days for Australia
  • 5- 7 working days for the rest of the world

FREE Anywhere in New Zealand and Australia for all orders over $100 and include at least one non- Sale item.

Note:  FREE shipping does not apply to orders over $100 which contain Sale items only.

Return Policy

  • Items must be returned within 5 days.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Items must have all tags and packaging attached
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned under any circumstance

 

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Superette within the 5-day timeline specified above, your refund, exchange or online credit note will be processed within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Superette. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working day before contacting e-shop.

 

Need a Different Size/Colour?

E-shop –
In order to serve you efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our new policy, you will get the right size or colour faster if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card, paypal account or customer account.

E-store –
To create a quick and easy exchange, any product within the 5-day exchange period can be returned to any one of our Superette stores for a direct exchange of size or colour, of the same style. This does not include swapping for another item of same or different value. You must have your Superette invoice to provide as proof of purchase.

 

Returns How-To, Returns Process (Within 5-days)

  1. Email eshop@superette.co.nz with your intent to return, using your order number as your reference.

  2. Complete the returns form and securely repackage your items. 
    Note: When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.

  3. Send your return goods to:

  4. Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Superette cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your own records.

  5. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Please Note: Packages received at Superette after the 5-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
